When you shop online with us, delivery is available for collection or delivery to your Apartment/Lodge, ready and unpacked in time for your arrival.
We are happy to arrange a delivery time before your stay. Refridgerated food we will pack away for you upon permission to enter you apartment.
Shopping this way will help save time and money – instead of bringing unnecessary items that you may not use; you can buy them on the mountain.

Towards the end of the season we encourage all on-line ordering enquiries to contact us regarding delivery as we intend to satisfy all ordering enquiries but our stock does become limited and delivery times need to be arranged depending on the snow.
We will only deliver products ordered through the online site to locations where we provide delivery services to on the Mountain. We will contact you to arrange delivery. There will be a small time window either side of the delivery time, if there is bad weather or lack of snow. You also agree to provide us with complete and accurate information to enable us to fulfil your order that we have received.
We will aim to deliver during the window that you select. However, if an event occurs that is beyond our reasonable control, particularly weather conditions, then we may not be able to do so and will not be liable to you or any other person for any such delay. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
We will deliver the Products to the front door at the relevant Delivery Address. If you ask us to deliver inside a premise or building at the Delivery Address and we agree to do so, then you are responsible for all loss or damage suffered by us in connection with our delivery of the Products beyond the front door of the Delivery Address. Upon completing your order online, you agree to comply with certain delivery requirements.
If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the order then the order will be taken back to the supermarket. We will contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time.
Online orders require a window of 48 Hours notice in order for us to process and organise the ordered

WE WILL ENSURE THAT THE PERSON RECEIVING ANY TOBACCO, LIQUOR OR OTHER RELEVANT RESTRICTED PRODUCTS IS OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OR SUCH OTHER MINIMUM AGE AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW.
We will not deliver alcohol or liquor Products to a person who is intoxicated or not of the appropriate legal age; and tobacco Products (including cigarettes) to a person that is not of the appropriate legal age
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $8,000) or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500)
