Contactless Delivery

Less to pack means less to unpack in the snow and carry to your apartment, and more time to relax and head to the slopes.

When you shop online with us, please let us know if you would like click and collect, be home when we deliver or still out skiing and authority to leave.   Options will be available at the checkout page.

We delivery everyday between 1.30pm – 3.30pm to Hotham Heights and Dinner Plain.  Please call/email us if you require a time outside these hours.

Contactless Delivery

Your order will be hand picked by one of our staff and a contactless delivery prepared.

Notifications will be sent out after your delivery has been made.

Your order will then be placed at your doorstep or inside your lodge if authorised.


When placing your order please let us know either:

  1. You intend to click and collect
  2. If you are at home –  we will knock and let you know your delivery is here.   Please ensure you provide delivery instructions at the checkout. Please note that any perishable items that are left at your delivery address in non insulated shopping bags may spoil if left unattended for long periods of times.
  3. If you are NOT at home – and unable to receive your delivery, please provide us with an authority to leave.  If in some (select) cases, you require a special delivery please contact us or make a note at the checkout.

If you do not click and collect or accept your home delivery we will try and contact you on the phone number provided for an authority to leave or re-schedule.  If however, if we cannot contact you, your order will returned to store, and re-delivery charges as well as the cost of perishables may apply.

Please note for all orders containing alcohol you must be home and may require proof that you’re over 18 years of age to legally accept the order.

We will only deliver products ordered through the online site to locations where we provide delivery services on the Mountain.   There will be a small time window either side of the delivery time, due to possible bad weather conditions, excessive orders and access to areas safe within the snow.   However, if an event occurs that is beyond our reasonable control, particularly weather conditions, then we may not be able to do so and will not be liable to you or any other person for any such delay.  In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

We will deliver the products to the front door of the delivery address specified on the online order.  The delivery address must give accurate detail of the delivery location.  Access must be granted for to staff to get inside through buildings areas to deliver the groceries.  eg. lodge/hotel reception.

Towards the end of the season we encourage all online ordering enquiries to contact us regarding delivery as we intend to satisfy all ordering enquiries but our stock does become limited and delivery times need to be arranged depending on the snow.

We request that Online orders receive a minimum window of 48 Hours notice in order for us to process and organise your delivery.

Delivery Mt Hotham and Hotham Heights

Purchases over $250 – free delivery

Purchases under $200 will incur a $50 delivery fee

Delivery to Dinner Plain

Purchases over $350 – free delivery

Purchases under $300 will incur a $90 delivery fee


We will not deliver alcohol or liquor Products to a person who is intoxicated or not of the appropriate legal age.

“Warning” – Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $18,000) or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $800)
